By receiving the Voucher, the purchaser declares that they have read the content of the following Terms and Conditions, accept its contents in full, and commit to comply with its provisions.
The Voucher entitles the holder to use specific accommodation and gastronomic services listed on the Voucher – available only by phone and email reservation.
The Voucher user is obliged to book the date at the Reception of the Arche Klasztor Wrocław facility via e-mail: restauracja@archeklasztorwroclaw.pl
The Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, unless it contains information about validity period or other exceptions.
The expiration date of the Vouchers is not extended.
Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions. They cannot be used during holiday periods and during special offers.
The Voucher must be used once and in full; it cannot be divided.
The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.
After purchase, the Voucher cannot be canceled, and the funds are not refundable.
The Arche Klasztor Wrocław facility only accepts undamaged Vouchers for redemption. The original Voucher must be presented to the hotel receptionist.
When redeeming the Voucher, the user is not entitled to receive change for the unused amount if the service value is less than the Voucher value.
The purchaser is obligated to pay the price difference in cash, by payment card, or credit card if the service value exceeds the Voucher value or the Voucher does not cover the scope.
The identification number is located at the bottom of the Voucher. Each Voucher has a unique number. It cannot be changed and is the basis for determining validity and usage conditions.
The Arche Klasztor Wrocław facility reserves the right to refuse Voucher redemption if:
the Voucher expiration date has passed;
Voucher damage prevents reading the data recorded on it;
