§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website located at the URL: http://archeklasztorwroclaw.pl
    and is effective from 08.07.2024.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. considering complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. storage of documentation and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – requesting completion of a survey or answering several questions about the quality of services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social media networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. In case of consent, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking on a checkbox containing the terms of the given consent.
  3. If a person has given consent to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the data is processed until the consent is withdrawn, but after that period, information about who, when and what consent was given may be archived (for the purpose of establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims). In other cases, data are processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g., contract execution, responding to inquiries, tax regulations, etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, pursuing or defending claims or when data retention is required due to tax regulations.

  5. Every data subject has the right of access to personal data, correction, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority.

  7. Visitors to the Website may fill out a form and subscribe to the newsletter and provide an email address and/or phone number as the basis for automatic contact.
  8. Visitors to the Website may consent to our conducting targeted advertising campaigns on social networks based on their email address.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of programming companies and system maintenance providers with whom we have concluded appropriate agreements. These agreements include rules for data processing and confidentiality. This data is not shared and none of these companies is entitled to process data in any way other than specified in the agreement. Your data, if accessible to the company, may only be processed for the purpose of proper service provision.

  1. Cookies are transmitted to web browsers and then stored in device memory and read by the server each time the Website is connected.
