Our breakfasts are the best because: we serve fresh, traditional … press, tasty coffee
Our breakfast offer consists of hot served dishes and a rich buffet with, among others, fish, fresh vegetables, cold cuts, cheeses, fruits, and vitamin shots.
We invite you daily from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM (until 10:30 AM on weekends).
In the summer season, breakfasts are also served on the restaurant patio (overlooking the courtyard and the monastery park).

A la carte Restaurant
The a la carte restaurant at Arche Klasztor is an elegant and stylish place,
where we focus on very high quality ingredients and discreet service.
We appreciate worldwide culinary standards and value their versatility.
We also love typical Polish flavors such as apricots, strawberries, sour cream, mushrooms, cheeses, and roast duck. In our seasonal menu offerings, we do not limit ourselves to one style or type of cuisine, but focus on the best ingredients currently available. Some herbs and vegetables are grown by us in the monastery garden.

Team
The kitchen is led by Volodymyr Skulinets. He spent his childhood partly in Ukraine
and Italy. From an early age, he was fascinated by simple, good food as an indispensable element of a happy and healthy life. From his family home, he brought the habit of cooking
with seasonal products and preparing food from scratch, using raw, unprocessed ingredients. He gained professional experience working abroad, among others:
in the Czech Republic, France, and Italy. In Poland, he participated in the openings of restaurants
in Karpacz, Bolesławiec, and Szczecin.
In everyday work, he is appreciated for his ability and willingness to share experience
and for unusual flavor combinations.

Saturday-Sunday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
