  • Voucher valid for use at the Arche Klasztor Wrocław Restaurant for the amount of 200.00 PLN

  1. The purchaser, upon receiving the Voucher, declares that they have read the content of the following Terms and Conditions, accept it in full, and commit to complying with its provisions.

  2. The Voucher entitles the holder to use specific accommodation and catering services listed on the Voucher - available only with phone and email reservations.

  3. The Voucher user is obliged to book a date at the reception of the Arche Klasztor Wrocław facility via email: restauracja@archeklasztorwroclaw.pl

  4. The Voucher is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue, unless it contains information about the validity period or other exceptions.

  5. The expiration date of the Vouchers is not extended.

  6. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions. They cannot be redeemed during holidays or special offer periods.

  7. The Voucher must be used once and in full; it cannot be divided.

  8. The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.

  9. The Voucher cannot be canceled after purchase, and funds will not be refunded.

  10. The Arche Klasztor Wrocław facility accepts only undamaged Vouchers for redemption. The original Voucher must be presented to the hotel receptionist.

  11. When redeeming the Voucher, the user has no right to receive change if the value of the service is lower than the value of the Voucher.

  12. The purchaser is obliged to pay the price difference in cash, by debit card, or credit card if the value of the service exceeds the value of the presented Voucher or if the Voucher does not cover the scope of services.

  13. The identification number is located at the bottom of the Voucher. Each Voucher has its unique number. It cannot be changed and is the basis for determining the validity and terms of use of the Voucher.

  14. The Arche Klasztor Wrocław facility reserves the right to refuse Voucher redemption if:

  • the Voucher has expired;

  • the Voucher is damaged to the point data on it cannot be read;
