Information about the use of the Voucher
By receiving the Voucher, the purchaser declares that they have read the content of the following Terms and Conditions, accept it in its entirety, and undertake to comply with its provisions.
The Voucher authorizes the use of specific accommodation and dining services specified on the Voucher - available only for phone and email reservations.
The Voucher user is obliged to book a date at the Reception of the Arche Klasztor Wrocław at the e-mail address reception@archeklasztorwroclaw.pl
The Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, unless information about the validity period or other deviations are indicated on it.
The validity date of the Vouchers is not extended.
Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions. They cannot be redeemed during holidays and special offer periods.
The Voucher must be used in one go and in full; it cannot be split.
The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.
The Voucher cannot be canceled after purchase, and funds are non-refundable.
The Arche Klasztor Wrocław accepts only undamaged Vouchers for redemption. The original Voucher must be presented to the receptionist at check-in.
When redeeming the Voucher, the user is not entitled to receive change from the unused amount if the value of the service is lower than the Voucher value.
The purchaser is obliged to pay the price difference in cash, debit card, or credit card if the value of the provided service exceeds the Voucher value or if the Voucher scope does not cover it.
The identification number is located at the bottom of the Voucher. Each Voucher has a unique number. It cannot be changed and is the basis for determining validity and conditions of use.
Arche Klasztor Wrocław reserves the right to refuse Voucher redemption if:
the Voucher has expired;
Voucher damage prevents reading the data on it;
no prior reservation has been made;
the occupancy at Arche Klasztor is high or no rooms are available.
