Upon receiving the Voucher, the Buyer declares that they have read the following Terms and Conditions, accept them in full, and agree to comply with their provisions.
The Voucher entitles the holder to use specific accommodation and catering services listed on the Voucher - available only when booking by phone or email.
The Voucher user is obliged to make a reservation at the reception of the Arche Klasztor Wrocław facility via e-mail: restauracja@archeklasztorwroclaw.pl
The Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated regarding the validity period or other exceptions.
The validity date of the Vouchers is not extended.
Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions and cannot be used during holidays or special offers periods.
The Voucher must be used once and in full; it cannot be divided.
The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.
The Voucher cannot be cancelled after purchase, and funds are non-refundable.
The Arche Klasztor Wrocław facility only accepts undamaged Vouchers. The original Voucher must be presented to the receptionist during check-in.
When redeeming the Voucher, the user is not entitled to any change from the unused amount if the service value is lower than the Voucher value.
The Buyer is obliged to pay the price difference in cash, debit card, or credit card if the service value exceeds the Voucher value or the Voucher scope does not cover it.
The identification number is located at the bottom of the Voucher. Each Voucher has a unique number. The number cannot be changed and is the basis for determining the validity and conditions of use of the Voucher.
The Arche Klasztor Wrocław facility has the right to refuse to honor the Voucher if:
The Voucher has expired;
Voucher damage prevents reading the data recorded on it;
