Upon receiving the Voucher, the Purchaser declares that they have read the content of the following Terms and Conditions, accept its content in full, and undertake to abide by its provisions.
The Voucher entitles the holder to use specific accommodation and gastronomic services listed on the Voucher - available only for telephone and email reservations.
The Voucher holder is obliged to book the date at the reception of the Arche Klasztor Wrocław facility by email: restauracja@archeklasztorwroclaw.pl
The Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless it contains information about a validity period or other exceptions.
The validity date of Vouchers is not extended.
Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions. They may not be redeemed during holidays and special offer periods.
The Voucher must be used in one go and in its entirety, it cannot be split.
The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.
The Voucher cannot be canceled after purchase, and funds are non-refundable.
The Arche Klasztor Wrocław facility accepts only undamaged Vouchers for redemption. The original Voucher must be presented to the receptionist upon check-in.
When redeeming the Voucher, the user is not entitled to receive change for the unused amount of the Voucher if the service value is lower than the Voucher value.
The Purchaser is obliged to pay the price difference in cash, debit card, or credit card if the service value exceeds the Voucher value or if the Voucher's scope does not cover it.
The identification number is located at the bottom of the Voucher. Each Voucher has its unique number. It cannot be changed and serves as the basis for determining the validity and terms of use of the Voucher.
The Arche Klasztor Wrocław facility reserves the right to refuse Voucher redemption if:
The Voucher has expired;
The Voucher is damaged preventing reading of the data recorded on it;
No prior booking was made;
The occupancy at Arche Klasztor is high or there are no available rooms.
