Upon receiving the Voucher, the buyer declares that they have read the content of the following Terms and Conditions, accept its content in full, and agree to comply with its provisions.
The Voucher entitles the holder to use specific accommodation and catering services specified on the Voucher - available only when booking by phone or email.
The Voucher user is obliged to book a date at the Reception of Arche Klasztor Wrocław at the e-mail address reception@archeklasztorwroclaw.pl
The Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, unless it contains information about an expiration date or other exceptions.
The expiration date of the Voucher cannot be extended.
Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions. They cannot be redeemed during holidays or special offer periods.
The Voucher must be used in one full transaction and cannot be split.
The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
After purchase, the Voucher cannot be canceled and payment is non-refundable.
Arche Klasztor Wrocław accepts only undamaged Vouchers. The original Voucher must be presented to the receptionist upon check-in.
When using the Voucher, the user is not entitled to receive change for any unused amount if the value of the service is lower than the value of the Voucher.
The buyer is obliged to pay the price difference in cash, debit, or credit card if the value of the service provided exceeds the value of the Voucher or if the Voucher does not cover the full range of services.
The identification number is located at the bottom of the Voucher. Each Voucher has its unique number. It is not possible to change the number; it is the basis for determining the validity and conditions of use of the Voucher.
Arche Klasztor Wrocław reserves the right to refuse to redeem the Voucher if:
the Voucher validity period has expired;
damage to the Voucher prevents reading the data recorded on it;
no prior booking of the stay was made;
the occupancy at Arche Klasztor is high or there are no available rooms.
