Restaurant Voucher - 250.00 PLN

  1. Upon receiving the Voucher, the Buyer declares that they have read the content of the following Terms and Conditions, accept its content in full, and commit to abide by its provisions.

  2. The Voucher entitles to use specific accommodation and catering services listed on the Voucher - available only when booking by phone or email.

  3. The Voucher User is obliged to book a date at the Reception of the Arche Klasztor Wrocław facility via the email address: restauracja@archeklasztorwroclaw.pl

  4. The Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the Voucher regarding the validity period or other exceptions.

  5. The validity date of the Vouchers is not extendable.

  6. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions. They cannot be redeemed during holidays or special offer periods.

  7. The Voucher must be used once and in full; it cannot be divided.

  8. The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.

  9. The Voucher cannot be cancelled after purchase, and funds are non-refundable.

  10. The Arche Klasztor Wrocław facility accepts only undamaged Vouchers for redemption. The original Voucher must be presented to the receptionist upon check-in.

  11. When redeeming the Voucher, the User is not entitled to receive change for the unused amount if the value of the service is less than the Voucher's value.

  12. The Buyer is obliged to pay the price difference in cash, debit card, or credit card if the value of the service exceeds the value of the presented Voucher or if the Voucher does not cover the full scope of the service.

  13. The identification number is located at the bottom of the Voucher. Each Voucher has a unique number. It cannot be changed and serves as a basis to determine the validity and conditions of use of the Voucher.

  14. The Arche Klasztor Wrocław facility reserves the right to refuse to redeem the Voucher if:

  • the Voucher has expired;

  • the Voucher is damaged preventing reading the data recorded on it;
