Voucher for the Restaurant - 250.00 PLN

  1. By receiving the Voucher, the Buyer declares that they have read the content of the following Regulations, accept its content in full, and undertake to comply with its provisions.

  2. The Voucher entitles the holder to use specific accommodation and catering services listed on the Voucher - available only when booking by phone and email.

  3. The User of the Voucher is obliged to book a date at the Reception of the Arche Klasztor Wrocław facility at the email address: restauracja@archeklasztorwroclaw.pl

  4. The Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless it contains information about the validity period or other exceptions.

  5. The validity date of Vouchers is not extendable.

  6. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions. They cannot be used during holiday periods and special offers.

  7. The Voucher must be used once and in full, it cannot be divided.

  8. The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.

  9. The Voucher cannot be canceled after purchase, and funds are non-refundable.

  10. The Arche Klasztor Wrocław facility accepts only undamaged Vouchers. The original Voucher must be presented to the hotel receptionist.

  11. When using the Voucher, the User is not entitled to receive change for any unused amount if the value of the service is less than the value of the Voucher.

  12. The Buyer is obliged to pay the price difference in cash, by debit card or credit card if the value of the provided service is higher than the value of the presented Voucher or the Voucher scope does not cover it.

  13. The identification number is located at the bottom of the Voucher. Each Voucher has its unique number. It cannot be changed and serves as the basis for determining the validity and terms of use of the Voucher.

  14. The Arche Klasztor Wrocław facility reserves the right to refuse to honor the Voucher if:

  • the Voucher's validity period has expired;

  • damage to the Voucher prevents reading the data recorded on it;
