The purchaser, upon receiving the Voucher, declares that they have read the content of the following Terms and Conditions, accept its content in full, and commit to abide by its provisions.
The Voucher entitles the holder to use specific accommodation and catering services listed on the Voucher - available only with telephone and email reservations.
The Voucher user is obliged to book a date at the reception of Arche Klasztor Wrocław at the email address: restauracja@archeklasztorwroclaw.pl
The Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless there is information on the expiry date or other exceptions indicated on it.
The validity date of Vouchers is not extended.
Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions. They cannot be used during holidays and special offers.
The Voucher must be used once and in full; it cannot be split.
The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Voucher cannot be canceled after purchase, and funds will not be refunded.
Arche Klasztor Wrocław accepts only Vouchers that are undamaged. The original Voucher must be presented to the receptionist at check-in.
When redeeming the Voucher, the user has no right to receive change for any unused amount if the value of the service is less than the Voucher's value.
The purchaser is obliged to pay the price difference in cash, by debit card, or credit card if the value of the service provided exceeds the value of the Voucher or if the scope of the Voucher does not cover it.
The identification number is located at the bottom of the Voucher. Each Voucher has a unique number. It cannot be changed and is the basis for determining validity and terms of use.
Arche Klasztor Wrocław reserves the right to refuse to redeem the Voucher if:
The Voucher has expired;
Damage to the Voucher prevents reading the recorded data;
No prior booking of the stay has been made;
The occupancy at Arche Klasztor is high or no rooms are available.
