Voucher for Restaurant - 500.00 PLN

  • Voucher to be used at the Arche Klasztor Wrocław Restaurant

  1. The purchaser, upon receiving the Voucher, declares that they have read the content of the following Terms and Conditions, accept its content in full, and undertake to comply with its provisions.

  2. The Voucher entitles the holder to use specific accommodation and catering services specified on the Voucher - available only for telephone and email reservations.

  3. The Voucher user is obliged to book a date at the Reception of the Arche Klasztor Wrocław facility at the email address: restauracja@archeklasztorwroclaw.pl

  4. The Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless there is information about the validity period or other exceptions.

  5. The validity date of the Vouchers is not extended.

  6. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions. They cannot be redeemed during holidays and special offers.

  7. The Voucher must be used once and in full; it cannot be divided.

  8. The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

  9. The Voucher cannot be cancelled after purchase, and the funds will not be refunded.

  10. The Arche Klasztor Wrocław facility accepts only undamaged Vouchers for redemption. The original Voucher must be presented to the receptionist upon check-in.

  11. When redeeming the Voucher, the user has no right to receive change from the unused amount of the Voucher if the service value is less than the Voucher value.

  12. The purchaser is obliged to pay the price difference in cash, debit card, or credit card if the value of the service is higher than the presented Voucher value or the scope of the Voucher does not cover it.

  13. The identification number is located at the bottom of the Voucher. Each Voucher has a unique number. It cannot be changed and is the basis for determining the validity and conditions of use of the Voucher.

  14. The Arche Klasztor Wrocław facility has the right to refuse to redeem the Voucher if:

  • the Voucher validity period has expired;

  • damage to the Voucher prevents reading the data recorded on it;
