Non-residential units in ARCHE hotels - property that works
We offer fully finished and equipped hotel rooms with a separate land and mortgage register and a share in the land and common areas. This is a real property right combined with the convenience of a hands-free investment. You invest in an operating and growing business – not in an empty property.

How does the Arche® System work?
The Arche® System is a proprietary investment model based on the performance of the entire hotel, not just a single room. What this means for the investor: you receive monthly remuneration, income is calculated proportionally to the area owned in m², you earn from the operation of the entire facility – even when your room is not rented at a given time, the minimum annual remuneration is not less than 5% of the net price of the unit (according to the lease agreement – up to 10 years), promotional conditions are available in selected investments. This model combines the security of real estate investment with the predictability of the hotel business.

ARCHE is responsible for the entire operational process: acquiring guests and organizing events, sales and marketing, personnel management, technical maintenance of the facility, monthly settlements, and issuing invoices on behalf of the investor. You do not handle rentals. You do not look for clients. You do not manage settlements.
