On this evening we will offer:

  • Refined flavors of interwar cuisine. Dishes prepared based on recipes from the book “Practical Warsaw Cook”, published in 1922.
  • Guest participation by Roman Serdiuk, Head Chef of the Port Sołacz restaurant in Poznań, which has been included in the Michelin Guide recommendation list
  • Musical arrangement featuring the biggest hits of interwar Poland.
